ABOUT House of Gold Manufacturing Inc.
HOUSE OF GOLD JEWELRY MANUFACTURING, INCORPORATED, a company owned by Koreans who like the rest of some 40,000 of their compatriots have chosen the Philippines as their place of work , business and residence.
Byong Jae Choi, vice-president of House of Gold said it was a fellow Korean with a garments factory in Clark who enticed him to set up their family’s jewelry business in Clark. He and his older brother Byeong Ju Choi, who is the company president, came to the Philippines to see for themselves what their compatriot was talking about and they liked what they saw and learned.
House of Gold also employs about 300 workers who work in an assembly line system in the different departments including wax, plating, stripping, pave, polishing casting, quality control, developmental, design an the administrative offices. In compliance with the rules of the Clark Development Corp.,most of the workers of the company come from Pampanga and surrounding areas. Locators inside Clark are required to get 70% of their personnel from Clark’s surrounding areas. The company hires men and women with an age limit of 25 who have zero knowledge in jewelry-making. The company trains their workers with the training program accredited by TESDA.

The company makes jewelry of silver and gold and set with cubic zirconia and synthtic pearls. The company exports to the USA, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Rings in 14k gold are its number one export product. It is one of the TOP 9 exporters in Clark.
